General President of Youth Welfare is sponsoring (Professional and Sports funding Forum)
Organized by the Eastern Chamber next Saturday in cooperation with the Saudi Professional League Commission.
Al-Rashid: 4 sessions discussing the most important developments in the sporting arena
Eastern Chamber organizing the Professional and Sports funding Forum next Saturday& Sunday 10 April 11 2010, in cooperation with the Saudi Professional League Commission, and Saudi Law Center under the sponsorship of His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, General President of Youth Welfare.
The forum which is held in the Chamber Headquarter in Dammam, deals with the most important issues in sport also highlighting the most recent events.
The Chamber Chairman, Mr. Abdulrahman Al Rashid declared that the Forum over two days is discussing several topics of interest to the sports sector, through the three sessions.
The first session which will be held next Saturday is addressing (Reality, challenges and anticipation) through which the Vice-President of Al-Yaum newspaper, Muhammad Al-Baker discusses the sport media challenges with the daily pressures faced by the media people of and their future expectations, through an artistic vision shared by Abdulrahman Al-Duwaihi (from Al-Riyadiyah)) and managed by Moqbel Al-Saiary.
In the secondworking session chaired by the lawyer, Dr. Majid Garoob titled (professional sports doping cases) in which all of Mohammed Al-Farnas and Badr Al-Saeed, Mohammed al-Enzi, Abdullah Al-Sultan speaks about the developments in the doping cases and new laws to cut off the spread of this issue along with the most important decisions made in this regard.
The third session which will be held this evening, deals with the subject (Professionalism, discipline and appeal in the international cases), through which the Legal Counsel of the Italian football Union (Mr.Mario Galaffui), and the CAS Legal Counsel of the (Mr.Lucas Ferreira).
The fourth session which will be held on Sunday, April 11 2010 under the (Professionalism ,discipline and appeal) which addresses a lawyer Magid Mohamed Qaroob axis (discipline) from the viewpoint of specialists, will also discuss the Legal Counsel Talal Aldamri axis (professionalism), and speaks lawyer Bandar bin northern Dosari the (appeal) and the mechanism application.
Al-Rashid explained that the Chamber participation the organizing of such forums is part of efforts to organize many sporting events, perhaps the most notable is his Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz session, the Chamber formed a committee dedicated to this sector under the name (Sports Investment Committee) .
